no, Ariel

so, if you know our family, then you know that we have 2 daughters - Madeline and Anna.....no, Ariel. Anna is deep into Princess worship at this stage and refuses to be called by her own name. she has been Belle, Jasmine, and Aurora, but none has been so enduring as Ariel. Anna swims (rather than walks) everywhere, and anyone who wants to speak with her must refer to themselves as Prince Erik. Prince Erik is the only person this Ariel will talk to. if perchance you forget that you are dealing with a mythical sea-creature and address our little girl as Anna, she will immediately correct you by saying, "No, Ariel." i can't wait to see who she is next!

i love little girls... they totally crack me up. gavin has taken to calling himself gannon. he can't pronounce the v, but it's kind of funny. i have a hard time not calling him gannon.

I love it! That is totally Lucy. Maybe playgroup isn't the best idea. :)

Ahh - the princess worship. I love that you have to call yourself Prince Erik in order to talk to her. Classic!

Since age 2, Megan has grown from loving "Wow White" to "Rella" to "Beauty" and now currently "Belle" tops her list.

That is so funny! I can't wait to tell my mom! When I was Anna's age, I thought I was Cinderella so I would wash the tiles by the front door waiting for Prince Charming to come home (my dad) because I hated the evil stepmother (my mom). They thought I needed to see a psychiatrist. Oh, and where do you get the cute backgrounds for the blog? I love them!

I'm pretty sure we watched a video like this in my abnormal psychology class. Might want to keep an eye on that...
